🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom orders
  • Personalized items
  • Made-to-order products

Please review product details and sizing carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, I’m always happy to help you before checkout.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it—whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund.

🚫 Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in progress and cannot be canceled.
